These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fellah Games website, the Fellah Player Hub, and our games (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a Player Hub account or receive withdrawals. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.

2. The Service

Fellah Games is an independent studio that publishes free-to-download Android games. The optional Player Hub lets registered players track a share of the advertising revenue their gameplay helps generate and request withdrawals to Mobile Money.

3. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your password and PIN confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Earnings and Withdrawals

• Earnings represent a share of the net advertising revenue attributable to your verified gameplay and are calculated from third-party ad-network reports.
• Current-period figures are estimates and may go up or down until the ad network finalises them; only finalised amounts are payable.
• We may withhold, adjust, or reverse earnings generated through invalid, automated, fraudulent, or policy-violating activity.
• Withdrawals are subject to minimum thresholds and are processed on a periodic (monthly) basis. No specific earning amount is promised or guaranteed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use bots, scripts, emulators, or other automation to play, generate ad impressions, or inflate earnings; click or generate ad interactions fraudulently; interfere with or disrupt the Service; reverse engineer or misuse the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in suspension or termination and forfeiture of earnings.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related content, trademarks, and software are owned by Fellah Games or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

7. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The Service relies on and links to third parties (for example Google Play, Google AdSense, and mobile-money providers). We are not responsible for third-party content, ads, or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fellah Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or earnings, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
